Transitional Housing
We provide safe, clean, and affordable short-to-medium-term housing for individuals and families navigating a period of transition. Our homes are more than a place to sleep — they are a foundation for rebuilding.

Personalized Guidance
Case Management Support
Every resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who walks alongside them to set goals, identify resources, and navigate the path to independence. No one walks alone.
- One-on-one goal setting and progress tracking
- Connection to employment, education, and benefits
- Financial literacy and budgeting coaching
- Crisis support and intervention when needed
Eligibility
Available to all current residents as part of their housing program at no additional cost.
Nurturing the Whole Person
Community & Faith Programs
Our community programs nurture the spirit, mind, and relationships that make a house a home. From Bible study to life skills workshops, we invest in the whole person.
- Weekly Bible study and devotional groups
- Life skills workshops (cooking, budgeting, parenting)
- Community dinners and social events
- Mentorship and peer support connections

- Currently experiencing housing instability or transition
- Willing to participate in case management and programming
- Committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community
